Welcome to Video2PDF. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the application.
By downloading, installing, or using Video2PDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Video2PDF is a mobile application that allows users to convert video recordings of book pages into enhanced PDF documents. The service includes:
Free Plan: Watermarked PDF export, on-device processing, and local-only document storage.
Pro Plan ($4.99/week or $29.99/year): Unlimited scans, watermark-free export, full-resolution pages, searchable PDF text layer, and a 3-day free trial for new users.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
New users may be eligible for a 3-day free trial of Pro features. The trial begins when you activate it and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per account.
You agree to use Video2PDF only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Video2PDF and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create using the App (your videos, images, and PDFs).
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that processing results will be perfectly accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEO2PDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. Contact our support team for assistance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. All PDFs generated on your device remain yours.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
