Device Information: We collect a random device identifier to manage your subscription status and app functionality. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.
Video & Image Data: When you record a video, all frame extraction, image enhancement, and PDF generation happen on your device. Scan videos, page images, and generated PDFs are not uploaded to our servers as part of normal processing.
Subscription Data: We process subscription transactions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment details.
Crash & Analytics Data: We collect anonymous crash reports and usage analytics to improve the app. No personal information is included.

3. Data Storage & Security

On-Device Processing: Image processing happens locally on your device. Your videos, extracted pages, and generated PDFs are stored only on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.

Apple App Store / Google Play Store — subscription management
Sentry — anonymous crash reporting
Backend infrastructure providers — subscription validation and operational reliability

5. Children's Privacy

Video2PDF is designed for students and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app can be used by students of all ages as we collect minimal data that is not personally identifiable.
